A playful, customizable experience that lets guests turn everyday accessories into something uniquely their own. With a curated selection of patches and plenty of ways to personalize each piece, the Patch Bar doubles as entertainment and a keepsake guests can use long after the party.

HOW IT WORKS

When booking, the host chooses the item guests will customize, such as a tote bag, jean jacket, makeup bag, or another suitable option. We bring the selected items, a heat press, and a curated assortment of patches to the event. Guests choose the patches they want and arrange their design, then one of our staff members professionally heat-presses everything into place for a finished piece they can take home.

Prefer a more custom experience?

We can also set up the patch bar to customize host provided items, depending on suitability for heat pressing.​​​

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Patch Bar experiences start at $450 per hour

  • One staff member can accommodate approximately 10–15 guests per hour

  • The host selects the base item in advance

  • Tote bags, jean jackets, makeup bags, and other heat-pressable items can be offered

  • A curated selection of patches is included

  • Guests choose their own patch combination and layout

  • Our staff handles the heat press and final application

  • Multiple staff members or presses can be added for larger guest counts, depending on the setup

  • Custom or theme-specific patches can be sourced as an upgrade when available
